Best library in Katwaria sarai. Ac, locker, hot water, cold water available. Seats are very comfortable. Fixed and random seat available at very reasonable price. Only cons, space is clumsy.
It runs ac according to time table(hardly 8hrs out of 24 ). And only one ac for entire hall.
