Hi everything in fine but I just want to highlight a point to owner i lived in this pg but your care take took some extra charge on their bank account name is mithilesh, the one day stay Charge is 500 but for managing the amount he took 300 from me , not only me he is doing this on regular basis from other people
Being a new commer i would say it's best PG to choose for. Caretaker uncle Mr. Uncle he is such a humble person, away from home it feels like home under her supervision. Well descipline, proper management, timing and housekeeping, drinking water all is good.
Kind of average PG I can say. The rent is 5500 per month and deposit money is 1000. The rent can be varied if you have good bargaining skills. This PG is very near to Laxmi Nagar metro station. Keep in mind that they don't have proper cleaning personnel with them. They surely will say that cleaning will be don't everyday or every alternative day, but it isn't fulfilled. The rooms are very small. You don't get enough space to even walk around or to place work desk and a chair. The washrooms are very very small. You don't get warm water to bath. They say that warm water is available only in winter season that too selected time period only. Fortunately there is no electricity charges, this is a plus point. The warden is very polite and good person. The drinking water is on the top floor and lift doesn't work sometimes, which means if your room is in lover levels, you will be required to use stairs. The washing machine they have is a top load washing machine. I had a habit of using front load machine, hence had a hard time using it. If you have habit of using top load, you will have no issue in using. They have timings, I mean if you wish to go out in late night for coffee or tea, after 11 pm, you cannot, this is something you need to keep in mind. If you come after 11 pm. There is a fine of 50 rs. There are 2 PG in the same name. This one has no library. If you want to use library, you get only 6 hrs in a day to use the library, for extra hours you are required to pay for it, that would be 3000 per month. The room in the PG which has library has no windows and not clean also. To vacate the room, I mean to leave the PG permanently, you will be asked to give a notice prior 15 days. The deposit money will br refunded within a day after your vacating of room. And yes, this PG is double sharing room.
PG is good, service is also better. Price is also economical. Go for this PG. But 2 things that you have to kept in mind is, one you will not get any bedsheet here second one you have to carry your own blanket. Thank you
