If zero star is option it would be better . Today after 2 or 3 month i visited the library the atmosphere is totally changed . Now students need to compulsory wear something to cover there head i don't know why this rule imposed now you need to be member of library to sit and study a new librarian is there who do not bother much seating capacity is lesser. Library lost the relevance i remember few years before this library was one of the best place to study. I don't know why but nowadays everyone try to impose there religious beliefs on ther very disappointed with this kind of change in atmosphere of library of any higher authority read my comments pls try to restore the old version of the library for the benefit of students .
This place had free diapencry, free library and PAndSindh bank branch. As well as 2 Central Govt Directorate offices of DGHRD HRM1 (CBIC) and DGAP.

Very good liberary where lots of students and literary educationist sits to grab knowledge. One should visit and utilise very peace place. No facility of tea and snakes for the visitors of liberary, for which one has to go outside the premises.
A hub and rich resource of Punjabi literature and Punjabiyat. Very well stocked library. A gold mine for Punjabi literature. Serene and calm place in a very busy and central location.
