"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the persistent issues at the library. Despite multiple complaints, we continue to face inconsistent cooling, frequent Wi-Fi disruptions, and poorly maintained fans. Every time we raise a concern, we are given verbal assurances that it 'will be fixed,' yet nothing changes on the ground. The staff frequently ignores management’s official AC timings, making it impossible to study in the morning heat. As students paying for these facilities, we expect reliable services and permanent solutions rather than empty promises. Please address these infrastructure gaps immediately."

It's a very good place to study. Out of all the libraries I've seen so far, this one seems to be the best to me. All the students study very peacefully in this library.
