Please avoid studying from IGNOU. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. There is almost no proper support for students. They forget to upload marks, there are frequent mistakes in marking, and many administrative issues remain unresolved for months. Instead of helping students, the system only causes stress, frustration, loss of money, and wasted years. Even basic management is poor. I visited this center at 11 o’clock, and most of the staff had still not arrived. The guard himself said this is a common pattern. The staff at the center are also very rude and unhelpful. For almost every query, their answer is simply, “We don’t know anything.” Students are left running from one department to another without any proper guidance or solution. Overall, my experience with IGNOU has been very negative, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and supportive educational experience.
Delhi library association is located near cghs dispensary in narayana vihar, New Delhi it is also regional center of ignou. IGNOU also has a center for annual examinations where examinations are conducted. There is enough space for car parking. The behavior of the staff is very good. Full address is in the photos below.

Wise 🤫 Close to Narayna metro Just take battery rikshaw going towards gurudwara - 10 RS 🤑 Check your name , hall number and row number before going inside.. pls do carry your ignou icard and admit card for exam otherwise they will create problem 😅 Only good thing is all exam went well 😇
Staff is not at all cooperative and the table and chair for students are very poor quality and still they plastic stools for students to seat and write the exams and due to this many felt down from the stool (because of imbalance) during the exam. IGNOU should not make this place as a examination centre.
Nice indoor classes. RO drinking water. Computer lab, small garden back side. Bt outside areas is little bit backward and industrial area.
