Been coming here for almost a month now. Honestly, the best part is the 24/7 access and the fact that the AC actually stays on even when it’s 40°C+ outside. The Wi-Fi is surprisingly fast which helps if you're watching recorded lectures. The owner is pretty chill and doesn't bother you. It’s mostly serious aspirants here, so you don’t get that 'cafe' vibe where people are just chatting.Also you get a good spot to take rest in the rooftop to keep relaxed after long hours study.Overall, worth the monthly fee if you need a dedicated spot to grind.

Best library with proper ventilation, peace , proper washroom facilities, terrace space is the thing I liked the most and owner is also very cooperative and helpful guy I will recommend everyone to join this.
