One of the best liberary I ever studied in Delhi , the owner of liberary Mrs Asia Rehman is a polite person and always humble with us .... All facilities available in Excel liberary mostly readers difficult to find facilities like CCTV camera ,digital doors with security password and AC in hot summer whenever need to on AC it's depend us to switch of/on ... I will give 90 out of 💯 .
One of the best library in the Batla house .Located at the perfect locations which is easily accessible. There is perfect study environment without any noise no interference from the owner , remains open . round the clock for 24 hours One of the best things is the digital lock on the main gate which can be opened with password and provide security to the article in the library
