I would like to raise a concern about the Goal Library located in Zakir Nagar near Rahmani Mosque, Okhla (Batla House area). The overall condition of the library is not satisfactory. Cleanliness is poor, and proper management is lacking. There is only one split AC in the entire library, which is insufficient for students. Additionally, the behavior of the reception staff is unprofessional. They do not communicate properly with students and lack basic manners in dealing with them. This creates an uncomfortable environment for those who come to study. Suggestion: I request the management to take immediate action to improve all necessary, and particularly staff behavior. If these issues are not addressed promptly, the reputation of the library may decline, and it could lose students in the coming months. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements as soon as possible
This library has all you need , with many facilities and you can have your own fixed seat @900 which is quite reasonable the only suggestion i would give or where i felt lacks is just outdoor noise which is not too much but car honks which again is quite Manageable one more plus point Masajid nearby adjacent to library, clean washroom.. Overall nice environment , cleanness and fast Wi-Fi . One factor which i feel make this library a better choice is chair which is veryyy comfortable unlike other libraries
