I visited IPSM Library once to check out the study environment. The place is quiet and has enough seating for students which makes it good for focused reading. The book collection is useful but could be expanded with more updated materials. A little improvement in lighting and seating comfort would make the experience even better. Overall a decent option if you need a calm study spot.
