"I’ve had a wonderful experience at Kalka Library in Govindpuri. It is hands-down one of the best places for serious aspirants. The environment is extremely peaceful and conducive to long study hours, thanks to the strict discipline maintained by the management. The facilities are top-notch: Amenities: Separate, clean washrooms and a convenient cafeteria for quick breaks. Resources: They provide both Hindi and English newspapers daily. Staff: The staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and professional.

No Fee refund or further adjustment 3. No prior Information will be provided. 4. Cordial when you join. Turn upside down when you ask them about return. 5. Not opened for 24 hours as shown. Now, I’ve attached some screenshot's. Let me give a precise background. I left library by telling them I’ll be back later (I didn’t specified any month), because they told me they won’t refund the fee. I agreed and left. They didn’t told me anything about expiry period of fees. I Came after 4 months for rejoining the lib. There she told me fee need to repaid as I’m coming after 4 months, owner followed the suit. Then the staff told me to continue by adjusting the 1.5 months fee with 15 days of sitting. I asked the staff 2-3 times, “if you have any issues about 15 days I’ll leave the place”. She was cordial and told me to sit. Now as 15 days passed, I left library. Now, I asked about the Security money. The locker security money needs to returned to the student whenever keys are returned, when the lockers are intact. My concern isn’t the meagre ₹200 (Security money) (as they told the early fee won’t be considered ) but the false allegations of not paying for the 15 days.
I am delighted to give the library where I study a well-deserved 5-star review. The peaceful ambience provides an ideal environment for focused learning, and the cooperative owner. The flexible timings accommodate various schedules, making it a convenient and accessible place for all. They also provide free newspapers, wifi, mineral water, lockers for the aspirants. Best library I ever visited There behaviour was very polite and library is very hygienic and washroom was also neat and clean.
