"Very disappointing experience. The library lacks basic cleanliness and hygiene. The water cooler is frequently out of order, and the AC barely works, making the environment uncomfortable for long study sessions. The management is poor, with little attention given to student needs or facility maintenance. The owner's attitude towards students is also not welcoming or respectful. Considering the fees charged, the quality of service is far below expectations. I would not recommend this library unless significant improvements are made."
