This library has 2 rooms. Owner does not turn on ac in 1 room and if does then only for an hour max. If you will ask him to turn on then he will say that go to the another room....... If you can't bear the expenses then shut your doors down and go home. Worst experience ever.
good study space with other facility like dual washroom ,high speed internet kitchen and best part is open for 24 hr.
It is on the 1st floor (no suffocation like other basement libraries) It feels like a studying in home. Library terrace is accessible. Friendly environment. Management is very cooperative.

One of the top most library in west patel magar where anybody easily can get sufficient motivation to become IAS Officer and get there another where you want to reach. Mr. Anoop Rai, library's ownerz, is very good and coopcooperative person and library's students has familiar behavior and good environment.
