I found this library is waste of money. Pls 🙏🏼 don't come. 1) NO AIR CONDITIONER. 2) HOT ATMOSPHERE. 3) NO RECEPTIONIST MOST OF TIME. 4) ANNOYING VOICE OF ROAD LIKE( HORN OF BIKE & CARS ) ETC. ALL THE TIME. 5) WATER DISPENSER NOT WORKING. 6) NOT RELIABLE WIFI. Get free trail and experience it first then pay fee. THANKS

1. The AC service is advertised as fully air conditioner, but it works 2 hours on, 1 hour off — a perfect match for your migraine schedule. Actually the AC is basically a myth. In fact, forget AC — even the fan’s air doesn’t reach you till the end of the day (or the end of your patience, whichever comes first). 2. there's a clear class divide : You’ll sit there sweating, watching the inner room like it's VIP lounge and you’re at the border. It’s demotivating, especially when you’re all here for the same purpose: to study. But clearly, in this place, comfort has a price tag — and fairness isn’t part of the plan 3. The Namaz/Lunch room has one table fan for two conflicting needs. Either melt during lunch or pray in suffocating discomfort — pick your struggle. 4. The washroom feels like it was designed as an experiment in human endurance. No ventilation. The stench hits you like a wall — mix of damp, sweat, and what I can only describe as trauma. I once went in to change a sanitary pad and couldn’t last even 30 seconds. It's less of a washroom and more of a fear factor challenge. If someone stays there for 5 minutes, call an ambulance. 5. Drinking water is filled from the tank. One student even got typhoid. Coincidence? Maybe not. 6.Dust and filth everywhere. Sweeping seems to be optional. 7.Charging ports? Most are dead. And even if you inform the staff, nothing happens — unless you count ghosting as a response. 8. Lockers are a joke. Push slightly, they open — with or without keys. So unless you trust strangers with your gadgets… good luck. 9.Staff? The staff here operate with the energy of mini dictators. Kindness? Never heard of her. I had requested a reserved chair once due to severe back pain caused by PCOD — explained my medical condition calmly. They did give it... only to publicly humiliate me the next day by yelling and snatching the chair away. And where did the chair go? Not to someone in need — it was angrily thrown in a corner of the lunch room. It wasn’t about the chair. It was about ego. My pain didn’t matter, their control did. Imagine paying full fees and still being treated like you're asking for charity. If basic medical empathy triggers their pride, maybe they need less power and more personality. 10. Constant traffic noise — because why study when you can enjoy free honking concerts? 11. Lastly, be ready to be monitored more than your own house. Every move is watched, every washroom trip gets judged. Privacy who?Ever wanted to feel like you're in a real-life surveillance experiment? Welcome to this library, where you're watched more than your Google search history. From the moment you walk in, it's like you're under a moral microscope. Go to the washroom? Get stared at like you’re plotting a heist. Talk to someone? Be ready for whispers and judgmental glances. Honestly, I’ve had more freedom during my board exams than in this place. They monitor you so intensely, even your parents would be like, “thoda toh space do bache ko.” It’s not a library. It’s an episode of “Bigg Boss: Student Surveillance Edition.” 12. Judgment > Support (Bonus Final Blow) Perhaps the most heartbreaking part of my experience was being directly told that I “won’t be able to crack NEET” — not based on my studies, but because I used to talk to my male friends during break time. Yes, you read that right. Apparently, casual conversation = failure prediction. The judgment went so far that I was told, “Tum NEET clear kar logi toh main ye library band kar dungi.” I still remember that sentence — loud and clear. It’s sad when a place meant to support students ends up breaking their confidence. And sadder when staff think their personal opinions matter more than someone’s hard work or potential.
