This is a good library—I’m giving it 3 stars because the environment is peaceful—but there are frequent issues with the water supply; sometimes there’s no water, or the water cooler breaks down. The air conditioner (AC) doesn't work properly either; you can barely tell if it’s even running. Also, the boys' washroom isn't kept clean and smells bad every day. They really need to fix these issues. Otherwise, the library is quite good. They recently raised the fees, but it’s not worth the hike because the Wi-Fi sometimes fails—I’ve had to use my own mobile data. Instead of fixing the problems I mentioned, they just increased the fees, which makes it a poor choice. If one is going to spend that much money, there are better libraries available in Sant Nagar.
