Worst library. Before joining beware of few things. Library fees are not according to the service they provide. They will pledge to provide all the basic amenities, but they won't fullfill it. Currently in the month of April, it seems like we are studying in an Oven. 2 Air conditioning equipment is installed but they never run. Fans are installed at desired location, so no problem with fan and lightning. But for long hour studies, it is not feasible, simple reason AC dysfunctional. They provide newspaper, but you have to find it where it is kept. It becomes search operation sometimes. Even they don't have the staff all time to look. In night No one is there. You are on your own at night. Water facilities are available but when bottles are empty No one is there to refill it. Wi-Fi speed is very poor sometimes. Chairs are not comfortable, all old chairs of Delhi can be seen in this library. If you are looking for spacious Library then this is the place.

This is the best library in wazirabad and sangamvihar. both Hindi and English news paper are available. very good internet speed (70-80mbps all time) very good environment for studying, best thing is seats and table of this library are really very good
hlw guys as per my exeprience roshan library is the best library in terms of cost effective services ,apart from that you will get a huge dividend in terms of silent environment with serious students .
Very nice library with suitable environment to study. Plenty of space, good wifi, well disciplined, good management and cooperative staff.
