This library is really disappointing. It’s supposed to open early, but it only opens at 8 AM, and even then it’s not actually ready. The owner keeps cleaning till 9–10 AM, so real opening time is much later, which is very frustrating. Also, the environment is not serious at all. The owner has his own group of people who just sit and talk nonsense instead of studying, and he even joins them. It creates a lot of distraction. Not a good place if you actually want to study.
