This library is very good. This is not a fancy library. This library is not for those who can afford fancy libraries. If you have a good financial background, please don’t come here and create a crowd. This is a private library, not run by the government. This library was started by a person whose grandparents had the wish to start a free library for poor students who do not have money to pay high library fees. They ask only ₹100 for six months. Previously, they didn’t even ask for ₹100, but because some students took library books and did not return them, they started charging this amount. The ₹100 for six months is not used for personal purposes; it is used to buy new books. The library uncle is old but very polite and understanding. Even in government libraries, there are many formalities to join, but here there is nothing like that. For basic library record maintenance, they ask only for two copies of an Aadhaar card or two photographs. Out of these, they keep only one and return the other with a stamp as proof.
Ya visited there last year the library used to be so crowded but today I saw that the library is sealed by government authorities because it is underground that's not right because so many students were depend on the library because obviously it is affordable as well . And that uncle is also quite kind I'm literally so sad to saw that initiative of government because in the library they have all kinds of books and obviously helpful now we will not access of those books and we will be not able to acquire knowledge from the library. I know now they are conducting libarary facilities in first floor but there are only few books .

The response to this query bizarrely holds the key to your study fate. For a library, such a trivial question should not dictate access; it ought to embrace a more open and liberal approach to all forms of study.
This is a perfect place for self-study. But there are some restrictions too. First, you have to get yourself registered;submit two photocopies of Aadhar card with Rs 100/-. Then, bring the signed addhar card with you whenever you visit this library. Also, you cannot bring your own books in this library. You can bring your notebook, pen, mobile ( silent) and water bottle. You can read the books available here. You can also get newspapers also. Timings :9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday closed.
