the library is fine. they provide locker, snacks to be bought, water, coffee, tea and utilities in the kitchen. you can also order food thats 'freshly' cooked in the same kitchen inside the library. cons: 1) seats near the kitchen and right infront of stairs to reach the other section of library were very chaotic and distracting. students were always moving. kitchen is noisy. better get a reserved seat somewhere else. 2) there's a common toilet that is tiny, very dirty and stinks. asked the owner to atleast provide a toilet paper to which she refused because " no library provides toilet paper". 3) the behaviour of the owner is shitty. called her for refund hanged up after after saying one sentence. she talks very rudely 4) the timings are very inflexible. she'd only after to shift them by an hour max 5) the speed of internet is also slow. 6) the area of the library is waterlogged. you have to walk through silt from drains to reach if it rains.

“The owner is very friendly” — that one line in the reviews really fooled me. The facilities are okay, nothing extraordinary, but the real issue begins with the owner’s attitude. At first, she spoke politely, exactly like the reviews claimed. But the moment I raised a concern about the borderline surveillance-level personal details she was asking for, her behavior shifted completely. It felt less like joining a library and more like applying for a government security clearance. Aadhar number, full address, parents' names and contact details, email, date of birth — the only thing left was asking for my bank OTP and blood group. When I politely refused to share some of this information, her tone and expressions turned cold and passive-aggressive — as if I had personally offended her. This place might call itself a “luxury library,” but the experience was anything but. Aspirants come here to study, not to go through an interrogation. Definitely not worth the hype. If you value your privacy and expect basic professionalism, you’re better off looking elsewhere.
