VERY Expensive , 1000 Rupees FOR A LIBRARY IS EXPENSIVE . LIBRARIES ARE FOR SOCIAL BENEFITS NOT FOR THE BUSINESS. FEES SHOULD BE RECONSIDER .

1 The librarian is not at all proactive She comes late Leaves early Her work is to maintain silence first and foremost but she is never seen sitting at her chair, busy gossiping with library staff downstairs. She fails to stop nuisanse shor sharaba created by few rowdy students. Her foremost duty is to make rounds of each library seat and student so that they remain silent . But she is busy gossiping here and there. And never sits in her place that is actual library Always found outside . When a complain is made to her about a specific shor sharaba khatar patar creating student she turns her deaf ear . Ideally a magazine newspaper and locker room is to be placed outside the main reading room to maintain a silence but all things are kept just besides students and reading tables of students which makes reading and study an unpleasurable experience . The dda and other govt staff who are not library members come randomly and read torn and takeaway newspapers. The safaiwalas are lazy bimaar coughing all the time and smoke bidis . They do mopping dusting and brooming safai for literally 2 to 3 hours with patakna of chairs sliding chairs and tables , pankha band kar detey hein and forget to turn it on . We have to sit without fan in 40 degree without fan . 2 to 3 hours is a lot of time. Ideally these safaiwalas should come at 6 am in the morning and finish safai by 8 .or before most students come that is 8 am . There are stray dogs in lots of number who bark incessantly on each coming and leaving student. The safaiwala staff and chowkidar are rude to talk to the students. They r public servant all but behave like kings .there is no dos and don'ts written and told to students. A few students behave like dons and create ruckhas noise and indiscipline. Of course the librarian has nothing to say . She dosent deserve to be her in seat . She do nothing.

Very good initiative to open this library and reading hall. It’s mainly best for own study in the hall and good hygienic place for that with a large open space below
