Have been living here for past 5 months and not a single day goes by without thinking about and spoiling my mood by the toilet and flush water that they supply. They charge big amount for maintenance but the service is just so disappointing. They say they provide treated flush water but it seems like the water is coming straight from a sewage, the smell is that of sewage and the water comes yellow or many times black. I have sent mail and also contacted the supervisor almost everyday and the response I get is they are sending plumber and when the plumber comes he’ll say the water will keep coming like that. I’m paying unreasonable amount of rent just because they have security but living here that too as a female and using such type of washroom which is a basic need is really disturbing.
I am a resident of dlf capital greens. Honestly just dont even think of coming here. The property itself is fine like a decent society but smell is bad and it ruins the ac which will need reparing every season. The sound from all the wedding halls and open terrace clubs at night is unbearable. You will end up ruining both your health and peace of mind.
Do not trust Muskan or Mittal for any rent related property. I vacated the flat on 12 October 2025, after properly completing the lock-in period mentioned in the rent agreement and handing over peaceful vacant possession. Since then, my security deposit has not been refunded, even after multiple follow-ups over calls and messages. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have reached out several times, sent reminders, and even shared a final notice with a clear deadline, but there has been no response at all from their side. When someone stops responding entirely after taking a tenant’s money, it creates unnecessary mental stress and a feeling of being taken advantage of. As a tenant, you expect basic professionalism and transparency, especially when it comes to your hard-earned money. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting or dealing with Muskan and Mittal to be very cautious and ensure everything is documented and followed up strictly. I am sharing this so others don’t have to go through the same ordeal.
Such a good place with pool area. there is 2800 flats.security is good, clean area, green area.
The construction quality is poor. Maintenance charges are high but no maintenance except green area. Lifts of phase 2 are in the worst condition. No one cares even after lot of complaints. Safety is there. But the condition of roads is horrible. They started cracking down within 3 years. Take longer time to repair. The vehicles parked on the sides of road is like old colonies. Doesn’t look like a good society. Flat prices are unnecessarily high without giving that value. Looks like old society. People here, make surroundings dirty by their pets.
