This place is amazing! The library has books for all ages. They have different curriculum and programmes for youngsters to enhance their English communication skills. There is a silent room too where you can read/study. No charges for books issues. Also they keep developing courses to help children reach their academic goals. Kudos to the organizers and the management team.
Really it is wonderful to have access to such a beautiful free library and the collection of books is amazing!! We need free libraries in every corner of the world. Please do visit TCLP- Sikandarpur. #Reading is Thinking
I have been there! The cosy space with different separate areas for adults , children and young adults was just awesome! So many attractive books on the shelves! And the welcoming librarians are lovely too!! It's quite close to the main road, from pillar 50. And IT IS FREE!! FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!
TCLP-Sikanderpur is a haven for bookworms, artists, creators and thinkers such of all ages. It’s a small space that somehow feels large enough to welcome everyone to find a book and a corner to curl into with it. We don’t have enough spaces like this in our city and country.
Every community should have access to free libraries. Membership fees and late fines are barriers to this access. The Community Library Project is doing very important work in redefining what libraries can be. TCLP-Sikanderpur branch is lovely! More power to the members and TCLP!
