I’ve been studying at Toppers Library for the past two years, and I can confidently say that the recent negative comments are false. Please don’t pay attention to such misleading statements there are no such issues in the library.

One of the best library in north east Delhi. Library owner is very supportive and you will find no disturbance in this library. AC, Chairs, study table as well as environment is super. This library is one of d best among them in this locality. Before joining any other library do visit here, this library is far better than others in this locality. Happy study 🥰
Peaceful environment, cost effective, everything personalised sitting, lighting etc., Good behaviour of person who control & manage the library. He is always in prompt if any problem occurs. All these things I m saying on my three month experience in library.
As I have done three months in this library from my side it is better place to do study ,and there are all those facility which a student want. Thank a lot for this better place
