Vikas library has a good environment for study and has good fecility like proper lighting system ,good ac and cold and hygienic water.. librarian is also very supportive and guides them properly
Not Peaceful and decipiline library for those students who are studying for government job and all facilities are not available here {A.C. is not on every time, water is not pure, Wi-Fi is not properly working any time, All papers are not available ,comfortable chair but dusted desk,} and Owner is an overbearing and a rude person.
