This library not provides luxurious things(i.e. chair) only but also the best quality for serious and sincere aspirants. 1) Serene,fully air-conditioned and hygienic environment. 2) Huge desk with locker and ergonomic chair for long study hours. 3) Daily sanitized separate lavatory for ladies and gents. 4) Purified drinking water. 5) Daily newspapers and monthly magazine. 6) Biometric entry and exit. Out of these the best quality that attracted me to join the library is the serene environment...which is the most needy part for a UPSC aspirant.
